When fastening materials are delivered in the correct dimensions, it saves time during preparation and on-site installation. With Kobout's metal processing service, threaded rods, bolts, nuts and other fastening materials are modified according to your requirements. This reduces additional work on-site and allows materials to be used immediately.

Thanks to our in-house metalworking department for sawing, bending, drilling and tapping, Kobout supports both small batches and large project orders. Whether you need 10 or 10,000 pieces, we work with you to find a solution that fits your application, schedule and project scope.

With 9 sawing machines, 3 pillar drilling machines, a bending machine and a tapping machine, we have the capacity to deliver custom-made solutions quickly and efficiently.

Threaded rods cut to size

Threaded rods can be cut to virtually any required length. Materials are delivered ready for use at your desired location, allowing installers to start work immediately. Deburring is included as standard. Where required, we can apply zinc spray to the cut sections or fully galvanize the threaded pieces.

By having threaded rods cut to size in advance, you reduce material waste, eliminate additional work on-site and maintain better control over project planning.

More than just threaded rods
